Technical Advisors

Mati Baumel
He is the owner and principal of Polymath New Health Era and Think and React Technologies. T&R develops Video Motion Detection (VMD) and Artificial Intelligence technologies for various security and commercial applications. T&R systems are installed in over 6,000 locations spanning 53 countries.

Mati served as Project Manager for his family’s construction and civil engineering company and managed the $230 million project of Baha’I Holy Gardens and buildings. The Hanging Gardens of Haifa were named one of the new wonders of the world by UNESCO and is a World Heritage Site.

His current principal interests include Healthcare, Housing and Education.

​Mati studied Mathematics and Computer Science and  obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering Management.
Hugh Van Roosen
Retired US Army Major General, has served as the Deputy Military Advisor for the United Nations Headquarters in New York and as Force Chief of Staff for UNMIL in Liberia. He has more than 41 years of international and national public security and military experience. 

HVR has experience in field work on matters of trans-border security, nation building, policy, policy implementation, and mobilization.

He was appointed by the United Nations to the COVID-19 Field Support Response Coordination Group tasked with management of UN response to the pandemic. He was responsible to provide best military advice on COVID-19 policy, such as the rotation and continued operations of 100,000 uniformed personnel (including military hospitals). This encompasses 22 separate missions around the world as nations attempt to cope with this worldwide threat.

Other areas of expertise include Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations, skilled in Joint Military Operations, Government, Combat, Emergency Management, and Military Affairs. 

He received a Master's degree is Strategic studies from the United States Army War College.
